I. SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE AS DATA CONTROLLER

II. SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE AS DATA PROCESSOR
For support and maintenance purposes, Users (or Clients) may grant SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE temporary and limited access to data stored on the Platform. In this case, SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE acts as a data processor, while the Client remains the data controller.
As a data processor, SMART GLOBAL GOVERNANCE commits to:
- Process Client Data only as instructed by the Client.
- Maintain the confidentiality of Client Data.
- Implement security measures as outlined above.
- Not retain Client Data beyond the contract duration.
- Not transfer Client Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without prior approval and appropriate legal safeguards.
- Notify the Client without delay in case of a data breach.
- Assist the Client in responding to data subject requests and regulatory inquiries.
